When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We offer a 30-day free trial with limited features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

Premium Subscription

• Lifetime premium subscription available for a one-time payment
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

You may not use our Service:

In no event shall BizCard Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
